Building since 2011

Founded in 2011 by John Mathew Smith, Konstruct has become the number one construction management firm in the region.

We take commercial and industrial builds from first survey to final handover — programme, procurement, site safety and cost control held under a single contract, with weekly reporting you can actually read.
