Consent statement (version 2026-08-21)
I, a user of verno-dev.com (the "Site"), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, by ticking the "I consent to the processing of my personal data" checkbox and pressing the form's submit button, give my consent to the processing of my personal data by the Operator: Georgy Igorevich Pavlov-Kosov, an individual (Republic of Armenia), contact email: pafuluofu@atomicmail.io.
Purpose
Receiving and reviewing my inquiry, contacting me and replying, discussing a potential project or business engagement. This consent does not cover marketing mailings or any purposes not listed here.
Data covered by this consent
The name, email address and message text I entered in the form; files I voluntarily uploaded via the form, as well as any personal data such files and their names may contain; the technical attribution string of the inquiry: the Site page address, ad campaign tags (UTM) if present and, where I consented to analytics cookies, the web analytics counter identifier (ClientID).
Operations and method
Collection, recording, use, transfer (provision to the Operator via the Telegram service), storage, clarification, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is mixed: automated (receipt of the data by the Site's server and its automatic delivery to the Operator) and non-automated (review of the inquiry by the Operator).
Delivery via Telegram and cross-border transfer
I am aware and agree that my inquiry and attached files are delivered to the Operator via the Telegram Bot API and stored on the infrastructure of the Telegram service (Telegram Messenger Inc.) located outside the Russian Federation and operating under its own privacy policy (https://telegram.org/privacy), and that the server-side handling of the inquiry is performed on Hostinger infrastructure in Germany, outside the Russian Federation. This constitutes a cross-border transfer of my personal data.
Duration and retention
This consent is valid until the purpose of processing is achieved or until withdrawn. Inquiries that did not lead to a contract are kept for no longer than 12 months from the last communication and then deleted. If a contract is concluded, project-related data is further processed on the basis of that contract.
Withdrawal
I may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing pafuluofu@atomicmail.io with the subject "Withdrawal of personal data processing consent", stating the name and email the inquiry was sent from. Processing stops and the data is destroyed within 30 days of receipt of the withdrawal (p. 5 art. 21 of 152-FZ), except for data processed on another lawful basis. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before it was received.
Form of this consent
This consent is executed separately from any other documents and agreements, in accordance with art. 9 of 152-FZ. Detailed information about processing is available in the Personal Data Processing & Privacy Policy published on the Site.
